Razorbills developed our design and technology skills by learning about a new type of product - ornaments made from recycled plastic. We went to One Blue Eye in Helston and had a brilliant time making our own Christmas ornament made from bottle caps
We explored the boating lake and Helston to become more familiar with our local market town. We practised road safety and how to walk on pavements in a town.
We also visited the war memorial in Helston
We visited Helston museum and saw a memorial stained glass window for a local person who died on the Titanic (our history topic) and we learned about Henry Trengrouse who invented a life saving Rocket apparatus to help on shipwrecks. We saw a variety of artefacts linked to World War 2 as well
