In the current COVID-19 environment, it is easy to become stressed or overwhelmed by the unknown. This may include feeling fear and anxiety, irritable, insecure, unsettled and out of control. These feelings can be disruptive to our everyday living. There are a few simple things we can do to help protect our mental wellbeing, these are the 5 Ways to Wellbeing, and are suitable for all ages. Try building these into your daily routine.

Safer Futures - Devon & Cornwall support for domestic abuse

Accident Free, Avoid A&E

The best thing that anyone can do to help our amazing NHS fight coronavirus is to stay at home, which also means avoiding A&E to take pressure off health services. However, more accidents happen at home than anywhere else. RoSPA has launched a new campaign which will last for as long as social distancing measures are in place.
