Monday 30th March
Hello Razorbills.
Things will be a little different on here for the next 2 weeks because it is the Easter holidays. I am not going to set you work to do every day. Instead, I am going to set you a project, which will help you with our new class topic - Ancient Greece. Over the coming fortnight, I would like you to research and read everything you can about Ancient Greece. You can record notes on a computer, or in your green books if you want too - you never know what will be helpful.
I know some of you are going to use the time to catch-up on work you haven't done from last week and I will still be here to help you if you need it. Please carry on with TT Rockstars and reading as usual.
Every evening (until we finish the book), I will be posting the next parts of Cosmic too, so look out for that.
I hope you all have a lovely Easter. Bye for now.
Miss Kennedy

Hello Razorbills.

Please do the English in your lined, red books and everything else in your green books.

Take photos of your work and send it to me. You can do it on a computer and send it to me that way if you would rather.

Miss Kennedy

Home Learning Suggested Timetable

Hi everyone. In order to keep children in as consistent a routine as possible, I would like to suggest the below timetable for weekdays on home learning days.

9.00 – 9.30 PE try a nice walk, Joe Wicks or GoNoodle (see links below)

9.30 – 10.30 English activity (I will send one every week day)

10.30 – 11.00 Break

11.00 – 12.00 Maths activity (I will send one every week day)

12.00 – 1.00 Lunch

1.00 – 2.00 Science/Spanish/History/Geography/Music/Art/PSHE (I will send one every week day)

2.00 – 3.00 Spelling or times table practise/Own interest learning (time for children to learn about something that interests them, maybe take some photos, write me a story, learn their spellings, play Times Tables Rockstars or Hit the Button, etc.)

3.00 – 3.30 Reading for pleasure

It's time to put your times tables to the test and find out which house is the best! A Battle of the Bands competition will be starting on Friday 27th March where each house will play every other house to find out who will be crowned THE CHAMPIONS. More info about TTRS and the competition can be found on our Class Dojo.
Good luck everyone,
Admiral Cash (Mr Green)
Design a food and drink poster using what you have learnt in our Spanish lessons - use the word mat to help you.
I look forward to seeing your designs!
