Feetbeat Competition

10th July 2015
Congratulations to all of our dancers who took part in the Feetbeat competition at Mullion School on Friday 10th July.

We were thrilled to come away in 2nd place for our Key Stage 1 children and 1st place for one of our Key Stage 2 dances.

Everyone performed brilliantly and huge thanks go to Kate Huges for coaching all of the children.

Our year 6 boys swimming team who competed at the Cornwall School Games last month were also presented with their medals during the afternoon.

After the competition had finished Mr Loder from Mullion School explained that there were going to be some more presentations which had been nominated by the Sports Coordinators (Mrs Jane!) in each school and Mr Lane. We are thrilled that Matthew Bray won the Commitment Award.  Honor Fisher had been nominated for the Sportmanship Award and Emily Vincent, Best Individual.

To round off an excellent afternoon we were then presented with the Cluster Sports Cup. An award given to the most successful school over the entire year.
